A full-day workshop that helps musical theatre performers (7th-12th grade) prepare a song for an audition. Participants will learn how to slate, work with an accompanist, and receive individual feedback on vocal technique and acting choices. The workshop will culminate in an evening performance open to family and friends. Participants are encouraged to schedule a lesson with Sayla’s teacher, Alexandra, 2-3 weeks before the workshop. In this lesson, we will finalize song choice, communicate expectations for the workshop, and answer any questions.
