Sayla Music Academy Virtual Lessons

due to the mandated QUARANTINE we will be transferring to virtual lessons

5/25/2020

Dear Parents and Students,

Because of the mandated quarantine, we will be transferring as many lessons as possible to be online. We greatly appreciate your support through this crisis and wish to provide quality music education as we experience social distancing and extreme measures to combat this illness. These are the ways we will be providing our services for the month of April:

  1. Teachers will teach lessons online at their house and will attempt to keep to their normal schedule. Teachers are encouraged to use Zoom, or any other platform that will work with our clients. If you would like to temporarily change your lesson time please let your teacher know.

  2. We will be providing supplemental material to students using Google Classroom. Each teacher will have a studio which you will be invited to via email. Once enrolled, there will be assignments, videos, and materials to use to give students concepts to practice while they are at home. This will be curated by your teacher.

  3. Students who remain online with us through virtual lessons will have their original time and day saved for when things return to normal.

  4. If you wish to postpone lessons we understand and will not be enforcing the 30 day notice due to last minute cancellations. We will not be able to offer a refund at this time to students who are leaving and have credit. This tuition may be applied to April if you would like to remain with us via virtual lessons. If you wish to completely discontinue we are not able to hold your funds for future use and apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate this difficult time. Please know that we are working hard to ensure Sayla continues to provide music education to the surrounding community during this time of crisis.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns to info@saylamusicacademy.com.

Best wishes,

Chase Loeb, CEO
